These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of NP PsychPrep’s website and review course materials (collectively, “Services”). By accessing, purchasing, or using our Services, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

**1. Intellectual Property and Copyright Protection**  

All materials, content, and information provided within our review courses, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, slides, study guides, and practice questions (collectively, “Content”), are the property of NP PsychPrep and are protected by intellectual property and copyright laws. 

- **Restrictions on Use:** You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise use our Content for any commercial or public purpose without prior written consent from NP PsychPrep.

- **Prohibited Sharing:** The Content provided in our courses is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, disseminate, or disclose any of our Content to the public, including posting materials on the internet, social media, or any other platform, without our express written permission.

**2. Prohibition on Unauthorized Photography and Recording**  

To protect the integrity of our Content and the learning experience:

- **No Photos or Screenshots:** You are prohibited from taking photographs, screenshots, or any form of visual capture of the Content during the review course without prior written consent from NP PsychPrep..

- **No Recordings:** Audio and video recordings of any part of the review course, including live sessions, video modules, or any other part of our Services, are strictly prohibited.

**3. Privacy and Confidentiality of Access**  

Your access to the Services is intended solely for you. You may not share your login credentials, access permissions, or course materials with others. Unauthorized access, use, or sharing of your account information may result in immediate suspension of access to the Services and may be subject to further legal action.

**4. Compliance with Terms of Use**  

By using our website and enrolling in our review course, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and we will post updates on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

**5. Violations and Consequences**  

Any violations of these Terms, including unauthorized copying, dissemination, or recording, may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the review course without refund. Additionally, NP PsychPrep reserves the right to pursue further legal action to protect its intellectual property rights.

By using NP PsychPrep’s website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. Thank you for respecting our intellectual property and contributing to a positive learning environment.

NP PsychPrep's review course is offered virtually via zoom. All review courses will be recorded, you consent to recording by purchasing the last minute review. It is prohibited for attendees to record video, audio, share or reproduce any form of the content. 

NP PsychPrep is not responsible for any missed class due to removal, the name that is used to purchase the class must be used to sign into the zoom meeting or the attendee will be removed. 

NP PsychPrep will send a confirmation email with zoom meeting ID and necessary information after purchase. Attendee is responsible for making sure the email is registered correctly. You can only attend the class that you purchased for that specific date and time. 

Attendees are responsible for note-taking during the review. Downloadable worksheets will be sent after purchase however, note-taking is a necessary course of action during the review. Attendee should ensure that their mic remains on mute to ensure other attendees can listen to the moderator. All questions will be answered at the end of the review.

NP PsychPrep's Test Bank is intended to use for study purposes only, in no way is it meant to be a replacement for the certification exam. Upon purchase you will be granted access for a two month period. Your access to the test bank after purchase is active immediately after purchase until the end of the two month period. To regain access you will have to purchase the test bank again. 

Immediately notify NP PsychPrep if you are having technical issues with the test bank and/or signing on to the last minute review. NP PsychPrep is not accountable for lost of study time due to technical issues. 

No refunds for cancellation of last minute review or test bank after purchase.

No refund will be made to an attendee if you could not or decide not to take the review course or test bank after purchase.

Refund will be given to attendee if they purchase the LMR and Test Bank package together, take the certification exam within 1-3 weeks of doing the LMR and test bank, can show proof or validation from ANCC that attendee did not pass. Name on verification must match name on registration for the LMR and test bank. The certification exam must be issued by the ANCC.
